Ken Schroy
The Jets allowed a season-high 146 yards in the previous meeting, but they didn't have S Eric Smith and DT Trevor Pryce, and NT Sione Pouha played with a cast on a badly lacerated hand. They're all healthy now, and that means the run defense should be sound.

stoicsentry
I was hoping for something a little better than Smith, Pryce and Pouha. But hell, I'll take it.

nycdan
Smith has been great the past two games. And Pouha is probably the most critical guy in our pass defense.
nodimwithere
Steelers didn't have Troy P. that first game in Pittsburgh either. He will be back for the AFCCG. However, that first win in 9 tries in the Steel City was still impressive.

Then the dirtiest player of them all and that lousy fan base will whine about how we're playing dirty.

MTJ06
I was hoping for something a little better than Smith, Pryce and Pouha. But hell, I'll take it. Lets not forget that leonard was injured going into week 13 game against the Pats, James Ihedigbo injured his ankle and knee in the NE game and missed the following week against Miami. Eric Smith then got hurt, concussion, the following week against Maimi forcing the Jets to play an injured Ihedigbo and emanual cook, whom they signed only a week before, at safety in the Pittsburgh game. Having Smith and Ihedigbo healthy for the game should be an upgrade over week
