The Troll
At least hurricanes only **** with Louisiana once every 50 years.
BlackLabelJetsFan
At least hurricanes only F#ck with Louisiana once every 50 years. 60 Minutes had a good piece on NOLA last night, and the rebuilding efforts. The time and cost of rebuilding and improving the levies is staggering. One guy was saying that with rising water and storms that in, like, 100 years, New Orleans might be permanently surrounded by water - like an island, or a city in a fishbowl.
