Brett Favre was tracked down in Mississippi by Jeff Darlington of The Miami Herald after Dolphins coach Tony Sparano failed Thursday to quash speculation that the team might be interested in the 41-year-old retired quarterback. "I haven't heard anything, and I don't have any interest," Favre evidently "snapped" at Darlington on Friday. "You're from Miami?" Favre asked the reporter. "Don't you have anything better to do?" Apparently Favre has better things to do than ponder a 21st NFL season. Darlington reports that he's been vacationing in Wyoming this summer, but that he was also moving around Oak Grove High School in Hattiesburg, Miss., quite "gingerly." Favre was battered and bruised frequently in 2010 and saw his record streak of consecutive starts snapped at 297 amid a lost season in Minnesota. serphnx
Favre deserves this. He brought it upon himself. I hope more reporters bother him.

kelticwizard
His behavior off the field is questionable. It's fine as long as you don't ask too many questions.
Maxman
The Miami Dolphins cured the NFL of Brett Favre. All of a sudden retirement seems appealing to him. Nice.
