GlennFoley
Hes going to turn the Jets down.. When he does turn them down, the Jets once again will be the laughing stock of the NFL.. I mean it is just embarassing, Even the 35 year old defensive coordinater of the rival Patriots is too good for the Jets.. Also it is a slap in the face to whomever does coach the team.. This management is just embarassing.. If they were smart they would just hire someone now, and bag the Mangini interview.. It just shows uncertainty in the organization.. Green DNA
If that is the case then they should not offer the job to anyone because they may turn it down.

Maxman
Foley actually has a point. But they have to take the shot. Hell nobody thought that girl would dance with Green DNA at his Prom and look at him now. He is quite the Ladies Man.

No offense, but what the hell kind of negative attitude is that?!? That sounds like an inferiority complex or something to me. Sheesh, i would think you guys would want to interview EVERY qualified person for the job. Are you kidding me? How could he turn an NFL franchise down if he's offered a HC gig? There is nothing at all to be embarrassed about IMO.

Dude, these are the friggn' Jets that we are talking about. Would you have an inferiority complex if your team hasn't played in the Super Bowl in 37 years. Pat's had one of the worst run organizations in the NFL. Things change with new ownership. Now its time for Woody and the Jets to step it up. Bones
I think Mangini would be the idiot for turning down the job- c'mon you think any coordinator in the league is content with being just that? A head coach job in the NFL, in NY is a great gig. Not many head coaches start their career with teams that are in great position to win immediately so what would he be waiting for? Belichick to retire?
