TaborJet
do not draft Bush or Leinart? Should Maxman prepare the National Guard??? If they draft a stud O-lineman, I can deal with it.

The Gun Of Bavaria
I think a situation where the Jets have a chance to draft Bush or Leinart and pass on both is a very realistic one.

I think the Jets will trade their pick for Jerry Porter.

R44
Any team near the bottom needs a bunch of players, so whatever happens, Bradway needs to have a good draft from top to bottom.
DeathMetalJetsFan
I'd love to see us trade down and solidify the O-line once and for all. The problem is, we simply can't go into next season w/ the joke of a backfield that we currently have. We're pretty much locked into taking an RB or a QB no matter what. If they go 2 and 14 I don't really see how Bradway could get another shot at it. His track record isn't good enough to survive 2 and 14.
R44
You now Maxman, you'd think Bradway is on the cusp of being fired. But every chat with a major NYC area writer we do, these cats claim he's very safe :?

Ranger
What are you draftniks going to do when the Jets........do not draft Bush or Leinart? Do what I do after every Jets game this year: Get drunk and kick my dog
Nick Ferraro
Boy, Curtis Martin got old quick. I think he led the league in rushing last year. It's hard to run when you have no QB and no offensive line. I agree that Reggie Bush is a major stud. I don't get how Jet fans are so quick to send Curtis out to pasture. If they do let him go, they should make sure it's not within the division. He has at least two good years left before he retires.
faba
If Reggie Bush is there for the Jets and Bradway does not take him I think ESPN will get burned down- I would advise Terry to get a unlisted number also

RSJ
I actually think Bradway is safer than Herm and I wouldn't take anything ownership says about a coaches future seriously at this point.
