Scott Dierking
The Jets continue to be a very "fragile" franchise and one huge mistake seems to send this team off the deep end with the inability to recover and here's where it occurred yesterday: The score was 3-0 Buffalo, and the JETS had just forced Buffalo at the JETS 38, to punt on 4th and 6, but LEGER DOUZABLE has an incredible mind meltdown and causes a neutral zone infraction, so now it is 4th and 1, and lo and behold, Buffalo says lets go for it, gets the first and then burns Millner to make it 10-0. After that, the Jets folded, but if DOUZABLE doesnt do that, it may have been a different game, but the Jets being so fragile, just cant recover from incredibly stupid mistakes, and to me thats on Rex. Someone (you would think a coach) would be telling them to watch out for 2 things at that position: 1. Watch a fake 2. They may try and draw you off. They look ill informed. Man just watch for the fake, and dont even think about going near that line of scrimmage, to even give the refs any chance of throwing an off-side, neutral-zone infraction penalty. Very poor coaching, and then the inability for this team to recover from that makes you wonder about the overall coaching of this team. If DOUZABLE had done that and PARCELLS was the coach, dude would have been walking home from Buffalo, and then been cut when he finally made it back. NJ
I agree completely that it looks stupid. The idea that the team wasn't prepared because they didn't have any meetings is even stupider in my opinion, this

Integrity28
From an optics perspective it does look bad but we both know it had nothing to do with the outcome of that game. Can't be proven either way. Letting it be known that you took the team for a fun and games field trip is a sure sign of disrespect for your opponent though, and they made damn sure to take respect where they weren't getting any. Letting it be known that you took the team for a fun and games field trip is a sure sign of disrespect for your opponent though, and they made damn sure to take respect where they weren't getting any. The Bills' defense wasn't getting much respect in week 3 and yet their defensive line wasn't able to generate anything against our oline. I don't know how many times it happened yesterday, but MM kept two guys back to block or chip, leaving only Hill and Holmes as the primary route runners, who were getting blanketed by McKelvin, Byrd, Gilmore and Williams. It looked as though Geno once again went out of the games scheme in order to make things happen when we quickly kept going 3 and out on the first half dozen drives, which is where he continues to make mistakes. The D&B thing is dumb, only for the reason that Rex should know what type of criticism it opens them up to. I personally don't feel it changed the way they prepared, that was just once again their heightened sense of self coming off a big bye week win. They could have ordered takeout and watched film all night and it still wouldn't have made a difference, they got outplayed and outschemed by our mirror image. We're still not a good enough team to be getting this upset losing on the road.
Bugg
In this case, I am acting as Woody, so I act foremost on what has happened in the last 24 hours. Would bother me a lot more that with 2 weeks to prepare the whole team sucked ass.

[/quote Rex is not passing the ball ,the QB lost the bill's game ,I do not think you pull a rookie QB , the Jets are giving Geno a chance win or lose
