kay_gee
why would Cowher or Gruden leave their cushy, relatively low stress TV jobs to coach the Jets?

billo83
Coach cowher. Cowher took what 14 years to win the SB? Yeah. just what the Jets need. Not to mention the chance of Cowher wanting the job is less than

SoFlaJets
Coach cowher. The last time Bill Cowher was asked about being the Jets next Head Coach he shook his head and actually laughed at the camera, as ANY serious-minded professional football coach who is concerned with his legacy would say, and NOT do...why Belichik did what he did and Parcells did what HE did NOW makes sense to me. The NFL is a small town and everybody knows who the town sluts are, who are the cops that you don't mess with, and who are the business owners who are good to work for and who are the owners that will always look out for number 1 first, second and third. Woody Johnson is the equivalent of the Walmart that came into town and provided a whole bunch of jobs but still has to have a big box near the entrance so the consumers can drop off goods to the employees because the store doesn't pay them enough to live on.
