The Crimson King
Anyone follow the league this year? A four team league Two owners with two teams each Virtually no media coverage Every team makes the playoffs First round was a two game home and away and the aggregate score determined who moved on to the "Arena Bowl" (a la MLS) Championship won by the team that went 2-10 during the regular season League survival very questionable Got into this a bit because Albany got a team for this year. Went to a game and enjoyed it thoroughly but mostly for its cheesiness. The QB was named Tom Grady. Seemed a bit all made up. There are actually avid fans who know who all these players are and conjecture on the structure of the league next year, including new teams in Brooklyn, LI and Newark. Just looking to see if anyone else followed and curious what your conjecture is (mine is league folding for good after so many years)
#27TheDominator
I have not followed it at all, but I have friends that went to the Arena Bowl. They are Ravens season ticket holders and seemed to love it.
BroadwayBen
Have always wanted to see an arena game live, due to its quick paced nature and small field. However, it seems a lot different now than the arena football I would see on TV and sportscenter from a decade ago...
