It's my one glaring beef with this new front office that they bring in a competitor for him who is no better in any measurable way, but meanwhile, we watch our kicker impersonate Ray Charles without any competition, only to see him retire in disgust, and then replace him with yet another mediocre, uncontested JAG who starts missing XPs where the last one left off.
