JoJoTownsell1
The thesis behind hiring Saleh and Lafleur was that we were getting guys that would bring over the same success that Kyle Shanahan brought to the Niners. Meanwhile, Shanahan is now 31-39 in 4 plus years and 2-4 this year. He has had 1 winning/great year going 13-3, but has really struggled every other year. Yeah, you can blame injuries but every team can blame injuries.

Jimmy G started 5 games so far this year. They are 2-3 in those games. Jimmy G Started 6 games last year. They were 3-3. Not saying I wouldn't want Shanahan here just that I am not sold that the guy is the guy you want to be plucking coordinators from....just yet. thebuzzardman
Why we have to get the rotten branches that needed pruning?
Biggs
I love watching Shanahan's teams when they are healthy. They aren't healthy very often. It's probably a coincidence...
UntouchableCrew
I genuinely think Shanahan is a good coach but its absolutely a legitimate point that his overall resume as a HC simply isn't very good. One Super Bowl year and every other season has been a losing one. People act like he's on the same tier as McVay and there's no evidence that's the case.
