I knew this was going to happen when he declined to join the board.   Says he would reconsider his stake in twitter also if it doesn't go through.  Puts twitter in a hardball position.

 Not really hostile. He’s got the money to do it. This was bound to happen with twitter anyways. The rules for such an open forum have become more and more nebulous.
