Crowded Oneliner 'News' Threads get no play and they mask good threads

SJ has a point.

The front page is getting cluttered. While it is great to see news, and even comment attached to news, what has nmade this site great is personal observation and reaction and corresponding banter. That is getting pushed out a bit.

I realize that it is tough to be considered "legit (Jetnation is!), without having news and updates, but I wonder if a balance can be reached?

Here's the problem with going to links especially

with newspapers. they want you to register, NY Times is an example.

If Spermy just lumped all the reports in narrative form on one post it

would probably solve the problem. The only reason i mentioned a sticky

is that if he did this post at 8 amm and it was a busy day it would end up

on page 3 or 4 and guys who come on later for whatever reason would

miss it. Just a suggestion.

Come on,, enough is enough,,you are shooting yourself in the foot,, you are burying good threads on page 2 and 3 with all these oneliner 'news' horsecrap threads,,,
