BwanaZulia Posted December 26, 2006 Share Posted December 26, 2006 Well... sort of... this was a long day. Started in NYC at 6AM as my in-laws left. Dropped off the child at 8AM. Headed to airport for a 11AM flight. Got to Miami (after a stop in NC) at 4PM. Got a car and drove to the hotel, checked in and left around 6PM. Got to the stadium at around 7:15PM (don't ask). My wife, sicker than a dog (for days) in the rain kept us there for a quarter and a half. I took mercy on her and we headed out before the half (not fun). Got back to the hotel with 10 minutes left in the third and watched the rest. JETS WIN! JETS WIN! JETS WIN! Crazy. Horrible day. Horrible travel. All worth it. JETS WIN! First game I have ever left, but really, I love the Jets, but my wife with her bag full of tissues, just miserable (and not wanting to leave) needed me to make the decision. I was pissed till I got back to the hotel. Either way, the Jets won. If they had lost, well.. she would be out! (just kidding.. she is passed out next to me.. poor thing). Besides, you probably left after half the fin fans already had. They never showed. It was half empty. That being said, this was my 6th time going down there and the new big HD screens are AWESOME.
