If Jim Rice cant get in because of the way he has treated the media...and because several vindictive bastards hold grudges...there is NO SHOT GARROID WILL GET IN. Plus, everyone said McGwire damaged his own cause in the wake of the steroid scandal (Im not here to talk about the past, blah blah blah) then Garroid will face the same uphill struggle. And lest we forget...Garroid has a plethora of other off-field transgressions. This is the Hall of Fame were talking about here. Not the Hall of the Pretty Good Players who've been shot, who've beaten up fans, whose wives have done porn with R Kelly, c*ckblocked trades, and who've committed errors on purpose while sticking needles up their @sses. Maybe if Garroid can hit 500 HRs or something he'll have an outside chance, but all of the roid guys with 500 bombs should be looked upon as Hall suspects as opposed to Hall locks.
