I don't know anyone near me who is into NFL football like I am, so I thought I would come and talk to you guys instead. 8) I look forward to some interesting football discussion. In the late 80s the NFL was fairly popular in the UK and my dad was really into it (and still is). This meant I was seeing it on TV a lot and I just liked the name 'Jets'. I was only a young child at the time after all. As I got older and learned more about the game they just stuck as my team. I will admit that I have only really being following the team closely for the last few years, mainly due to a lack of info over here in the pre-internet days. I'm also a fan of many other sports.
