wright was clearly out at 3rd early in the game which gave the mets the only run they scored through 9.

the nationals have the worst pitching in baseball and the one of the worst bullpens in the history of baseball. sneaking past them on a blown call is nothing to be too proud of.

it is when half your team is hurt. they're still a major league team and our team is like the walking dead. if we don't get mostly healthy, we're gonna have a hard time winning.

David Wright's two-run double, his fourth hit of the night, broke a 10th-inning tie and the New York Mets beat the Washington Nationals 3-1 on Friday night to snap a three-game losing streak.

Finally Wright delivers in the clutch. Hopefully he's coming out of the funk he was in.

I have a question...What was he thinking while trying to steal THIRD with no one out? Little leaugers don't make that mistake.

Blame Razor and Manuel for that BS dude, terrible base coaching last night. They would have been 4 for 4 on bad decisions to 3rd had Wright not gotten the first gift.

there is a big difference between a few guys hurt and the trash heap that is the washington nationals. look at the stats - they actually have one of the worst bullpens in the history of baseball and for the last week they can't hit. this is a 100 loss team vs. a 1st place team.

Well Manuel called Wright and Beltran into his office after the game because of their retarted mistakes. He was furious.
