Unanimous: Bears D > Jets D

At getting to the QB? Yes. At everything else important from a defense? No.

I must say, I did have a dilemma on my fantasy team though. I have Jets D and Bears D on my roster. When Sanchez was considered a game-time decision I did have the Bears in there. With Sanchez and Holmes a "go", Jets D regained its rightful place in the lineup.

They were both sh*t. Difference is, ours was the # 1 D last year and we'd thought we'd upgraded.

It doesn't take long in this league to go from an elite D to a D that is old and slow, and that's what we're looking like. You can't throw Shaun Ellis, Jason Taylor, Calvin Pace and Bryan Thomas out there week after week without any young, hungry players stealing their playing time and expect to play at the same level as last year. Where's Jamaal Westerman? Vernon Gholston is, of course, a bust.

Our lack of depth on D is really being exposed. Our veteran players look fatigued, plain and simple. It doesn't help that we ask these giant, lumbering dudes to cover speedy RB's, slot receivers, and the occasional TE.
