I think that given what AVM has told us about who would read as what, your logic is inescapable except for the assumption that you are innocent. Then again, my logic assumes that I am innocent.

Well, Sharrow just locked out any more reveals so if we lynch Smash or SMC, we will be lynching blind and I am not a huge fan of that. Not sure if I'm a huge fan of lynching a BPV claim in Vic either. Then again, I think one of the Ape or Vic is extremely likely to be lying and the Ape is provisionally confirmed by AVM. I am liking lynching Vic right now but I can see why you would like no lynch. Gonna check on the vote count before I do anything.

Also, I think with a hard-to-kill 3rd party/solo win, a symp, a 2 man sk team, a scum member that maybe takes 2-3 kill attempts to take out, and whatever other powers they have, it could possibly be balanced for 3 men.

Tom makes some sense. Other than casting a tiny bit of suspicion on SMC, he's only made a few really really tame votes on AVM, Vic, and Wombat.

JiF and JVoR COULD count, but that would have to mean that Crusher didn't. My reasoning behind thinking they are not is because the wording is scum aligned players. Third party is not scum aligned. I have to believe Vic is not Montana. I really truly believe there is a GF in the game (it just makes to much sense), and if there is then Vic wouldn't be showing up in my count if he was the GF...thus throwing everything I said out the window. Just looking at the numbers of it -- eliminating people based off when they voted together (for example, I28 and you can't both be non-GF scum, as you're both on the Verbal train that I got 1 scum for).

Ok Sharrow, here goes:

SMC was on every train of the lynched player EXCEPT JVoR. Which means, if he is a non-GF scum team member, someone has to be on that train to take his place, that wasn't on the train.

This is that train:

JVoR- (10) JC, Smash, Sharrow, Wombat, Ape, Crusher, JVor, Hess, Dan X, CTM

Here is the lynch of Verbal, for example:

Verb (7) - Vic, SMC, Ape, AVM, DPR, Sharrow, CTM

Players on the JVoR train but NOT the Verb train would be: DPR (town, dead), Dan (already dead, town), Hess(we'll look at that one), JVoR (already dead, SK), Smash (we'll look at it), and you (if you'd like, I'll humor you and examine you as well...lol).

So that leaves us Hess and Smash that could be potentially paired up with SMC. Hess and SMC are both on the train of Naeann, along with Crusher (as well as the lynch of Crusher, which gives only 1 scum on the train) meaning Hess is eliminated.

Meaning Smash and SMC could be linked. And looking over it, there's no way I can eliminate that possibility. Which, in good news, guarantees Smash is scum. The bad news is, either SMC or Vic are non-GF scum. It's quite possible Vic is the GF under your scenario...good catch. I really thought I had it figured out where SMC wasn't as well. I'll look at it again after dinner, because I really could have sworn it had to be Vic/Smash.
