That's the way it goes whenever the true artists move on to the afterlife. I had never seen more Alice in Chains fans in my life than I saw after Layne kicked the bucket. Hell, Kurt Cobain has been elevated to the level of "genius" and "legend" since he died. However, with Johnny, all the posthumous dick-sucking is deserved.
