Dolphins Dion Jordan suspended for 2015

Man. Testing a former Oregon player for a controlled substance, doesn't seem fair. I mean, for weed? Why do you think recruits come here? The weather?

His official NFL headshot.

This guy was born with a blunt between his lips.

You nailed it! Teams must be thinking loooong and hard about taking either of those guys and Jalen Collins CB LSU.

We could actually see both these guys drop in our lap at #37. Guess we'll see how Bowles and MacDaddy view the whole Marijuana conundrum!

This guy has been testing positive for PEDs, not weed.  I am willing to bet we will see a softening on the weed suspensions.  I'm sure they will still get suspended, but nothing crazy unless they are repeat offenders.  PEDs are always going to be a problem for the "integrity of the game"

As long as players (especially players selected in the 1st rd.) will be suspended for weed, you will find the majority of GM's not taking the risk in Rd. 1 and perhaps rd. 2. I guess it all depends on the level of talent

Dolphins may have scored. They couldn't trade him and they needed to free up cash. They likely just saved several million against the cap in guaranteed money.

For those that argue Gholston was a better pick:

Gholston earned somewhere around 25-30m dollar on this team.

Doin Jordon once his salary is taken away this year will earn roughly 13-15m or Half of Gholston's salary.

Gholston is simply one of the biggest draft bust in the history of the NFL.  Averaging 13 tackles a year and never recording a sack for us in the regular season is something that will be on top ten NFL bust list until we get old.

He'll be a Patriot next year. Songs will be sung about the genius of such a move, and how Belichick will resurrect him. Then he will be released around week 6 after playing a total of 3 minutes. Several years later, he will turn up in a porno named Logjammin, where he will play a cable guy.

We know what he was tested positive for, nobody is arguing that. But you can't look at the pictures and tell me he doesn't look stoned to high heaven.

As a patriot he will be allowed to use PEDs

AFC East all caught Major Bust recently

Jets had Gholston

Bills had Maybin

Dolphins had Jordan

Pats had ??

Recently?! Gholston was drafted 7 years ago. Maybin 6.

It's hard to draft busts when you don't have a top 10 or even a 1st round pick. That's the only thing that has saved NE from drafting more busts. Last year they drafted Easley in round 1. Who? Other than that they didn't have many 1st round picks. A lot of their 2nd round picks were flat out terrible though. Cunningham, Dobson, Tavon Wilson, Vereen, Dowling, Ron Brace, Darius Butler, Wheatley, list goes on and on.

lmaoo trust  i know they had plenty of bad picks. i agree with that . and i didn't mean recently as in like last year I'm just saying in general the attempts to Secure Elite pass Rushers in Top 10 has been brutal for our Division.
