Good choice 80.  I read through the recent stuff And Lilly made a post that sounded like she knew JCs alignment. Plus she did seem to concede quickly and play the Oh well I Tried card.   JC grilling me and Nyn would have been great cover for him.  AVM defending Lilly also very smart if he is scum.  Things did blur late in the day.

Our remaining options here (multiple answers work if there are 2 assassins left, as I expect):

1.  EY was really running a gambit with Smash and Decker and is playing an amazing scum game.

2.  AVM defended Lily to appear townish and is playing an amazing scum game.

3.  JC was running a gambit with Smash and is playing an amazing scum game.

4.  Crusher was running a gambit with Decker and is playing an amazing scum game.

5.  Nyn was running a gambit with Hallia and is playing an amazing scum game.

6.  Leelou was running a gambit with both Hallia and Nyn and is playing an amazing scum game (and killing people left and right as Executioner).

7.  I ran a gambit with bother Decker and Smash and am playing an amazing scum game.

8.  Verbal is a total bastard and the game actually ended with Smash's death.  We should all punch him in the face and hand Crusher a dollar each time we do, with all monetary contributions going to the Mafia Forum social gathering in Las Vegas (date TBD, brothel/prostitute/escort costs covered by CTM).

We can't go out of the country because Lizzie is on a government list.  And we can't go anywhere too exotic because Pac likes vacation destinations that remind him of Rochester, NY.  Also have to factor in that we'd need a place for JiF to surf and preferably a destination where it doesn't rain too much, since AVM fears umbrellas.  Plus we need a place for Crusher to sit down most of the day and eat.

I'll keep reposting this quote repeatedly because.... come on. Smash was in his top 3, but when he had to pick a top candidate when 80 was king for the first time, he went with Lily over Smash. JC he was less interested in lynching and haven't actually talked about AT ALL up until that point. No idea if he spoke about AVM, but I have every intention on checking later today.

Having your teammates spread out is sort of a "go to" method. Usually you have one in your suspects, that you conveniently dance around (like EY did irt Smash), one in the nulls and one in the town read area. I know he blabbed on about this not being a read list, but lynching order is equivalent in my eyes because at the end of the day it displays who you think is most likely scum and should be lynched next, no? If there are 5 scum out there, I'd say his teammate is one of JC/AVM purely on placement.

FTR, 80, you said it seemed earnest that AVM would defend Lily. But Lily was imo a more prominent pick for you because you felt iffy about her (as did others), where he was more mentioned as a deep wolf option by most, vs actually being scummy. She was most likely getting lynched and if he knew her alignment beforehand, it would behoove him to defend her. It's a smart play I've seen done before (Lee, if you recall, the minions game and what Shad did, defending Eldrick). 

JC is a tough one. Like I've legitimately never seen him be this extensive in rereading stuff but at the same time he only had eyes for Smash the majority of the game and the only real thing he has going for him is that he was right about him. Also EY attempted some subtle nudges in my general direction and I'm not sure how I feel about JC starting to nudge too. I don't mind the questions, per say, but I would have expected them to come early on when he was trying to read me... vs putting me in his town read and then only starting to question me recently. Seems really backwards to me. Where were all those questions when Halli flipped?  For a while I wondered if they were keeping Lizzie alive to try something because of his god awful reads, but I'm guessing they chose a different direction.

 

Gun to head? I'd say it's EY/JC. Mostly based on EY's actions. But I need to reread some stuff irt EY/AVM interactions too.

And irt what I said earlier about 80 surviving the night and Lizzie being NKed. With Smash's flip making JC look good and with 80 unwilling to even consider EY... I'd say they both would have every reason to keep him alive, vs. Lily and AVM.

This makes no sense at all.  Anyone can kill anyone. Reason no one may kill me because I have played a really good town game. One could say Lucid if they chose.

No admits playing but again having confrontational amnesia.

I was looking back to see who agreed with EY when he was all "worried" about you.  I don't recall EY ever going there again after he was King. Do your remember if he interacted with you since? I'm just sort of sick going through his content. 

Also do you still feel like AVM was trying to nudge you that day? I mean on one hand your post seems good to me, but on the other AVM's initial post said that yes, it was weird, but he didn't think it was necessarily alignment indicative. Would have come across more opportunistic if he was trying to assert it was scummy.
