This Dianna Russini person who I quoted in the first place, just tweeted 20 minutes ago that Mallett is signing with Balt, so I don't know if/when/who/how he re-signed, but it looks like it may not have been official when others were saying it was earlier today. Some reporting it yesterday, then after Rapoport reported it, others made it sound like it was still up in the air, now another new tweet saying he just agreed. Too much info.
