No playoffs ever with this regime, and other than lucking into Sam Darnold the Jets as a whole have not shown any progress. As Bill Parcells said, "you are what your record says you are." It's pretty obvious the Jets need to make a change at both the head coach and GM positions. The team is about to finish 4-12, their worst record since the 2014, which so happens to be the season the Jets fired both Rex Ryan and John Idzik. 4 years have passed, and we're still a 4 win team. Mac has not earned the right to stick around. Keeping Mike Maccagnan because we lucked into Darnold after the big game choker Kirk Cousins rejected him is a terrible excuse to not fire him.
