Rank the HC Candidates

McCarthy- experienced offensive minded guy. Has won a lot in the league

Monken- been around a while, was hc in college. Excellent offensive mind. Powerful offense in Tampa with marginal qbs

Richard- well respected in the league. Lack of experience, good defensive guy. Would need a strong oc.

Bienemy- only one year as oc, has been on Reid's staff for a few years which is a plus. No experience.

Kingsbury- college guy, shaky character. Not fan of him as hc

I'm not familiar the rest but I'm not crazy about McCarthy. He doesn't seem like the best HC....maybe he had a big hand in developing Rodgers? Maybe he didn't....but that would be the deciding factor in hiring him or not IMO. The Packers have under achieved for a while now despite having a top tier QB, so I don't see why he's so desirable.

How do you rank the names so far:

1. McCarthy

2. Kingsbury

3. Monken

4. Richard

5. Bieniemy

(In no particular order)

What do you think?  I want to hear what people think.

I'll give it a go, however, I don't have as strong opinions on these guys as most of you...

1. McCarthy

2. Monken

3. Bieniemy

4. Kingsbury

5. Richard
