The New York Post reports the NFL Network, which for the first time will provide counter-coverage to ESPN's presentation of the NFL Draft April 29, is interested in having former NFL QB Ryan Leaf, the 1998 No. 2 pick, as part of its draft show, an NFL Network spokesman confirmed.

NFL Network should leave Ryan Leaf alone....Some wise @$$ that just got hired from NYU wants to publicly humilate the man for being a bust....

He's moved on -- He's a QB coach, that's his new career -- not pro bust :bag:

I am very glad to see that the NFL Network will have an alternative to ESPN. Perhaps, the entire draft will be viewable and discussed, rather than being able to see the first round, followed by 12 hours of talking about the 1st five picks.

ESPN blows. If the NFL Network really shows the draft, I will not watch one second of ESPN's coverage.
