The offense needs a grownup in the room that can take over play calling duties if necessary. Who's out there? Take away play calling duty from Hackett. Basically demote him to Aaron Rodgers’s emotional support pet, make Downing the playcaller, fire Carter. Bring in Reich as a consultant and some assistant he trusts to work with OL. Wildly under performing offense w/HOF QB and some weapons. If he turns it around his stock is up.
