Spudicus Posted September 7, 2006 Share Posted September 7, 2006 With it being the season opener it's possible to see Brad Smith, but you only get so many chances to do a trick or gadget play and I doubt we'll see one this early. As to Vince, he won't play tonight, even if Collins goes down, for the same reason. You only get so many chances to pull off a gamebreaker play before defences start putting together packages just for it, and there is no need to do it now only to get Vince hammered later in the season. bitonti Posted September 7, 2006 Share Posted September 7, 2006 for as well documented my dislike of Vince Young - this player scares me he cannot win a ring - he's not who you want in the playoffs - but he might be able to beat bad defenses in the regular season with lucky runs im a homer but i know the Jets aren't exactly the doomsday defense right now i can deal with alot of different Jets losses but a Jets loss week 1 because of Vince Young would cut deep Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
