That performance tonight had to be the greatest individual game that I have ever seen a defensive player have in all the years that I watched the NFL.

He turned the game around when the Bears were dead, and how the hell is this guy crushing WR's 8 and 10-yards downfield (unlike Vilma who does that against the run) after a pass completion.

What a friggn' phenominal perforfance tonight.

He is by far the best defensive football player in the NFL.

You're not so subtle (and unnecessary) jab at Vilma aside, I have to agree. Best linebacker in football, unbelievable individual game for him. Simply all over the field, all night long.

He would eat Brady and the panzies for lunch, btw. ;)

I agree. This guy is incredible.

He's hitting WRs 8 yards downfield because of the cover 2 defense which has the LBs dropping back into coverage like that, but the fact that he's still knocking these guys before they hit the ground is really a testament to how intense, smart and quick he is.

And it also goes to show why you have to have some horses up front to keep blockers off him. This is why I am a fan of the 4-3 defense because we have a guy like him in Vilma, not in Urlachers class which is HOF worthy, but he can be great too.

Here I thought QBs win and lose football games.

Leinart is now 0-2 as a starter against top 10 defenses.

You've convinced me, that's the only stat that matters when judsging a QB.

Leinart just started his 3rd professional game as a QB.

That last drive was more impressive than anything PennyBoyWonder has ever done in his 6 year career.

Name ONE drive like that, in crunch time, that PennyBoy ever had?

Guess what, you can't, because it never happened.

You need to stay over on the other side with all the 10-year olds.

You must remember that stat...you've used it 35,000 times.

By the way..you still pouting?? :baby:

In the last 5 years, you may be right.

However, the rest of us have seen Lawrence Taylor play.

Leinart started on his own 40...and went 30 yards in 1 minute...:character42:

I've seen Lawrence Taylor play.

The guy was great.

But he never had a single game performance like Urlacher did tonight.

Not even close.

Wow, what an incredibly ignorant statement.

Lawrence Taylor had a career like Urlacher's game tonight.

Meaning that QBs don't necessarily win or lose games, correct?

Was it Leinart's fault he got his team in position to win and the friggn' "clutch" kicker missed a 40-yarder?

Again, name one time in PennyBoy's career that he accomplished what Matt leinart did tonight in his 3rd NFL start?

You can't, because it has never happened.;)

Pretty sure Chad had a longer drive than 30 yards down the field to beat the Bills in 2004.

But, you knew that already.

You really need to stay over there and post with the 10-year olds.

Like those 10-year olds, you really don't understand the game of football.

Yea, that was just a mediocre performance tonight by Urlacher.

A)..I guess those 10 year olds were 7, 8 and 9 year olds while you accumulated your 20,000+ posts over there.

But now you dismiss them because you got a *sniff* one day ban.:baby:

B) Your coments regarding LT are, like most of your posts, laughable and bereft of football knowledge.

Urlacher played great TONIGHT. Despite your usual spin, I never said otherwise.

LT played like that EVERY game.

LT played like that EVERY game.

If you believe that, then you need to go and have some cookies and milk with the 10-year olds.

Urlacher's performance tonight was phenominal, and yes, LT had some games like that.

But EVERY game?

See, that's why you are better off with the 10-year olds.

You fell for it.;)

Brady's 3rd NFL start, back in 2001, he brought the Pats back from a 17 point 2nd half deficit against the Chargers.

That game started the Pats Super Bowl run.

So will Leinart and Brady hook up now? Think about how hot their kids will be!

Yea..just a few.

Don't know why you keep saying that 10 year thing

Please explain.
