Preston Howley III
Good job, 80. Losing to the Pats for the last game of the season, hurts. I have to say that finishing 9-7, not making the playoffs, and knowing that our last game against them was a victory probably would be easier to deal with psychologically. But that game film is going to give Mangini all the information he needs to see what the problem is, and how to correct it. Next year, if we want to win the division, we have to sweep the Pats. Gainzo
Brian: That was a good article until you made this comment: It would put an end to Patriot dominance over the Jets, and silence the undeserving, disgruntled Red Sox Nation, known more appropriately in baseball’s offseason as “Patriot fans” That is BS. The Red Sox are a media machine and have been around for 100 years. There are more Pats fans than you even know. Garb can back me up on this. I need to add to my post. Boston: Pats, Sox, Celtics, Bruins NY: Giants*, Jets*, Yankees, Mets, Knicks, Nets*, Rangers, Islanders, Devils* *Play in New Jersey You guys can pick and choose what teams you want to follow. We have one team in each major sport and we support them.

JetCane
Nope, don't you see I succeeded in ruffling feathers! LOL! Good article- Good job, 80. Jetmo, for me, winning the last two games to lock up a playoff spot was awesome. Those wins were huge for this regime, IMHO. I will take that into the off-season, as the culmination of a surprisingly good season. Losing the WC game stings, but it also demonstrated that there is still a ways to go to catch up to the perennial playoff teams. I think the playoff films will tell EM: -more talent is needed to compete at a higher level -the execution has to improve by those who are already on the team

But if we had to lose in the playoffs, I just wish it could have been against somebody else. Anybody but the Pats.
