GimmeShelter
Ozzie Guillen, talking to the (Chicago) Daily Southtown, says he would rather play the Yankees than the Indians at this point in the season. ''Everybody talks about caliber [of competition],'' Guillen said. ''I think Cleveland has a better team than New York right now.'' Thor99
So now telling the truth is a 'dis'? Bernie Williams is old. Oooh, I dissed him.
Barton
Ozzie Guillen is a dumbass. And considering his team might be on the verge of losing 2 outa 3.
GimmeShelter
If the Yanks make the play-offs, who's your game one starter,Small or Chacon? Discuss.
Jet/BosoxFan
Dont you worry, everything will be fine once we get Randy Johnson from the D-backs!!!
Maxman
If the Yanks make the play-offs, who's your game one starter,Small or Chacon? Discuss. I am going Chacon. Small has a better record but Chacon is the best 1 and 9 pitcher of all time.
GimmeShelter
I am with ya MAX....Anyone see this Aaron Rowand guy in center for the WhiteSox? Guy has absolutely ran everything down in this series. Earlier in the week I said I thought both the Yanks and RedSox wouldn't have much trouble in the play-offs with this team. Not so sure now. Buerhle-Garland- Garcia-Duke and even Contreras are a very good staff. Not sure of Hermanson closing in a big spot though and the loss of Frank Thomas hurts. AFJF
I didn't realize how good the White Sox were this season until I looked at my fantasy team roster immediately after the draft and had five White Sox (Konerko, Buhrle, El Duque, Garcia, Rowand) and thats not including Garland and Hermanson. I knew then that they had a shot to win it all and I still think they do.
Hurls
Their overall play has impressed me more than any others the Yanks have faced. And remember we didn't even face their #1 or #2 pitcher.
