Weekend exam showed cyst in hip

NEW YORK -- New York Yankees star Alex Rodriguez has a problem with his hip, and is going to Colorado to see a specialist.

An exam over the weekend revealed that Rodriguez has a cyst in his right hip. Doctors wanted to take a closer look.

A-Rod played in a few spring training games after they scheduled this appointment with the hip specialist.. if it was serious, I doubt they would let him play.

Even if it isn't serious, I doubt the Yankees will let him play if there's even a chance he will miss one regular season game as a result.

Why, what's the difference between the WBC and a spring training game?

Well today Jeter, Wright, ect played all 9 innings. Damon, Teixeira were out of the game by the 6th inning.

I don't worry about hitters, but I do with pitchers.

ARod has a cyst? They should do a full body MRI and make sure his ovaries are fine as well.

I was going to say that they should check to ensure that he has a heart while they examine him because he sure as hell plays heartless when it counts the most.
