It's not that your school was bad, it's that it wasn't bad enough. If nothing else, attending one of the worst public schools north of the Mason-Dixon taught me that when the tards are braying in unanimity there's always something more to the story. Anyway, as I have no doubt that the irony of a guy who revels in striking the cliche antiauthority pose while simultaneously insisting that all information be spoon-fed and explained to him is totally lost on you, I can't really imagine that there's going to be a next time. If you're going to post something that makes such a bold statement as a mother molesting her kids then you might want to post a link about it. By adding the gun nut part it made it seem like you were just taking a shot at a certain type of poster. And I'm not cliche at all, I'm all over the place in my views, I believe what I believe. I'm not the only one that went to public school in the US and the lack of education has a lot to do with bad parenting but the school system also sucks ass. Aten Posted September 23, 2009 Share Posted September 23, 2009 I know reading comprehension and understading must get tedious for someone of your immense stature and standing but there were 8 or 9 pictures in total and GMA showed 4 of them. The other 4 they did not show because of lawyers advice. There is no way to assume they were pornographic in nature when the quote from the judge was that they were "harmless." ABC News was able to obtain access to four of the photos. There are still nine other photographs which were not released because the Demarees' lawyer said that the photos were intended for private home use and showing them to outside parties would violate the law for distribution of child pornography. Not to spoil a rousing game of gotcha with silly semantics, but do you understand what 'other' means? That they showed four and did not show nine others by definition means the four were not of the nine. Any other reading comprehension tips? I read in at least 5 articles there were 8 pictures total in question. You've read it in one there is 13. You have any pointers on cherrypicking? Eight were purportedly objectionable and have not been released to ABC or anybody else. Four other -- remember, this means four not among the eight -- pictures, ones that were not the basis for the investigation in the first place, were shown. This isn't hard. Really it isn't. This reinforces something I've actually been thinking about since I fired off the Aaron Boone line yesterday. You can't help but notice how pervasive reference humor has become in our posts and just how people talk in general. George Carlin is up there too. I think I get the constant Karate Kid and Rocky BS from Bill Simmons personally, maybe even Klosterman too for other stuff.
