nico002
Can’t remember this before. Pretty brutal to open with a road division game and a west coast trip before having a home game. Is this relatively normal?
Mike135
They're hoping Jet fans forget about the season and don't show up. Easier just to fly under the radar when tanking.

Ken Schroy
Well it was back in the 70's and 80's. When they played at Shea it was like that almost every year. This team is just like those or worse.

Lot K Tailgaters
It happens on occasion. In some ways this schedule was good to us season ticketholders. We are on the road the first two weeks when it can still be pretty warm outside and we play 3 of our last 4 on the road to avoid the cold. Probably the only positive of the season. Don't forget the 7 1 PM start times, I hate the home prime time games.

I enjoy them in September on a Sunday night. Not so much in December.
nyjunc
I think since 2010 we had opened at home every year and that was odd. before that we opened on the road almost every year.

I love everything you post but I hate 1 PM games personally. 4PM games allows me to enjoy my Sunday more.

To each their own, I always thought of Jets football as 1 PM Sunday, bad things always happened at 4 PM start times, and waiting till Monday Night stinks, Thursday Night Stinks, and Sunday Night is only reserved for the best of the best.
