Integrity28
He makes a great deal of sense for this team. Agreed. Davis >>> Keller.
Integrity28
....Flooring. Can't draft a TE if you sign one in FA. That would be absolute madness. Hahahaha... seriously. I'd love it if we did both myself, add Davis and a rookie. Crucial position in today's game.
SenorGato
If Davis is healthy, he is worth more than whatever we'll be offering him. If he's not healthy, then he's an unnecessary risk/expense. YA DON'T SAY?!!? That's what fits him into the type of FAs the Jets have taken real looks at. They should be drafting one of the better TEs no matter what anyway. Luckily this draft is pretty deep at the position. Kasa is a solid prospect not on your list. Ryan Otten is an underrated prospect. Stoneburner...It's a strong class. Sperm Edwards
How could he possibly pass up the allure of earning the veteran's minimum on a non-contending team, late in his career? He could be looking at the rosy idea that playing for Rex for 1 year at age 30 will get him a bigger overall payday at ages 31-33 than signing with someone else for 1 year even for a few hundred thousand to half million more in 2013. Ask the other Landry safety if he regrets spending a year here ("on a non-contending team").
Stonehands
To me, these two guys would be just what we need prior to the draft.

CrazyCarl40
Rotoworld saying Davis is chosing between the Bills and the Redskins. @Rotoworld_FB: Fred Davis narrows choices to Bills, Redskins http://t.co/Fsx8QbTtlv Free agent Fred Davis will not make his scheduled visit to the Jets on Friday, and has narrowed his choices to the Redskins and Bills. The Washington Examiner's John Keim hears the Bills' offer is "a little better" than the Redskins', but not so much that it's an easy decision for Davis. From a fantasy standpoint, we like Davis better in D.C. The Skins have a capable quarterback and Davis would be the No. 2 pass catcher behind Pierre Garcon.
