Barnes, WR Michael Campbell, DT Tevita Finau C Dalton Freeman, LB Tim Fugger, WR Dwight Jones and S Rontez Miles. The New Player Is TE Colin Anderson Anderson, a 6-foot-4, 237-pounder from Dallas, Texas, caught 30 passes for 498 yards this past fall after ranking among the top tight ends in FCS in 2011 with 40 receptions for 696 yards and seven touchdowns. He finished his career with 90 catches good for 1,541 yards and a Furman tight end record 11 touchdowns. Anderson was a two-time first team All-SoCon selection who was also accorded All-America honors by the Walter Camp Foundation, Sports Network, and College Sporting News in 2011. In addition he was presented the CFPA Tight End Award his junior year. anderson's 2 catches in the preseason vs the Texans 3-19-MIN 15 (3:14) (Shotgun) 6-J.Vandenberg pass short middle to 45-C.Anderson to MIN 20 for 5 yards (43-E.Mack). and vs the Titans 2-4-MIN 26 (7:06) (Shotgun) 4-M.Bethel-Thompson pass short right to 45-C.Anderson to MIN 35 for 9 yards (20-A.Verner).
