Sarge4Tide
I'd love to get Doctson in the 2nd but a guy like Oklahoma's Sterling Shepard or even Braxton Miller might be more realistic if we decide to go WR
flgreen
I actually like this draft a good bit. Love Jaylon Smith in the 4th, not sure he'll be there.
Beerfish
Overall I like this draft. Some people don't like Floyd becasue he is so skinny bottom half but I don't mind taking a chance again on an edge rusher.

I like Leonard Floyd too, but I see him as inside Lb .( if my team drafts him where he would probably play) When Georgia was in the nickel defense Leonard Floyd routinely lined up at inside lb. The new NFL craves inside lb that can cover( See Broncos defense last year) . At 6'6 245 39' vertical Leonard Floyd is a nice matchup for today Te's . Leonard Floyd inside opens up,the occassionally inside blitz.
bealeb319
Every teams fan base wants to start jaylon Smith as a steal someone has to scoop him up by the end of round 2 Sent from my LG-D850 using Tapatalk

BklynJetsFan85
Not sure Jaylon Smith makes it past the 3rd, Not sure Doctson makes it to us in the 2nd. Also don't think we need another RB - more pressing needs to be filled - other than that - I like the picks

He has something this team is surely lacking in the rb position & that is speed.

Forte isn't exactly slow - he runs like a 4.5 40, not blistering speed in today's nfl - but he makes a lot of plays out of nothing into something. robinson is another bruiser, and we have powell - i just don't see them getting another rb - if we had few holes to fill, and had luxury of adding that kind of speed - then id agree - but they have too many holes to mess around. Sure, if Doctson was there I would take him, but if A LOT of players were there I would take them. Indeed, pretty unrealistic he will be available. I would understand if he had off field issues or a glaring red flag, but he doesn't. Smith DOES have a major red flag (injury) but NO WAY he falls to the 4th. JMHO. I think he goes in the 2nd round. A team with a lot of picks or not many holes will gamble on him. High risk, but VERY high reward. As far as RB, I also don;t see them drafting one. They signed Dri Archer as a KR/RB (fastest 40 time in his draft class-BTW). And they just signed Ross-WR/KR. So I don;t see them looking for one in the draft. Not to pile on, but I am also in the camp that believes Floyd is too skinny and will struggle against bigger, stronger, more athletic O-linemen. This is my mock: And I believe the Jets will trade WIlk on draft day for an early 2nd rounder, allowing them to gamble on J.Smith-ILB (ND) or take P.Lynch-QB (Memphis) Rd. 1: T.Decker-OT (OSU) Rd. 2 (via trade): P.Lynch or J.Smith Rd. 2: C.Nassib- DE (PSU) Rd. 3: Tajae Sharpe- WR (UMASS) Rd. 4: Denver Kirkland- OG (Arkansas) Rd. 5: Hassan Ridgeway- NT/DT (Texas) Rd. 7: PUNTER- best available
