Francesca/Schrager yesterday

Good spot on the draft. Schrager has good info, but he's hard to follow. All over the map. Couple of points on the QB's who may be available via trade or FA, and how it could impact draft.Thinks Glennon to Chicago makes sense. Pats would want 1st for Garropolo, like top 3 pick.He says Browns should offer first pick for Garropolo. Thinks he' s way better than any QB in draft. Thinks no Cousins to SF, but could be players for Garropolo too. Thinks Denver or Houston for Romo.Cutler maybe retires if he doesn' t like option...he and wife supposedly have huge bucks already. As far as draft QB's, teams feel Kizer has biggest upside, Trubisky only 13 games as starter plus couldn't beat out a mediocre QB for 2 years. Mahommes has to show can make throws in pro setting. Nothing new there.Watson is the interesting one...seems teams mixed on his accuracy, especially from the pocket.Mike is adamant that Watson' s game does not translate to success in NFL.

Pats offering 1st for Brandon Cooks. If they get first overall for Garrapolo, then they net Cooks and Garrett???!!!

Going out on a limb here in saying that Cleveland will not, in fact, trade the first overall pick for Garropollo.

The Garropollo talk this offseason has to be one of the dumbest things that has ever existed.

It does sound a bit nuts, but I heard Mayock say yesterday that Cleveland should take Garrett or Allen at #1, and then offer Pats #12 for Garropollo. Sometimes these things just pick up so much momentum it's not funny.

Right. Instead they'll trade this years 1st and next years 2nd for Garropollo. ?
