Woody saw the success the 'Ders have had with their hard-nosed, angry, take-no-sh*t wearing a backwards hat Defensive Head Coach, so he thinks he emulating that now with Ulbrich.

Too bad we don't have the real brains in DC, Kingsbury, who's running their O.  I'd replace Hackett with Kingsbury as OCo in a heartbeat.

The offense only gets fixed if Woody grows a brain and trades for Davante Adams.  Ulbrich is a defensive coach just like Saleh.

100%. He should be challenged all interview on how he will do better with the offense. We know what he can do with the defense. It's proven.

 

But if he doesn't have some big changes for the offense. We just have a bearded Saleh now as our Intern HC.

He should be asked about why the OL will be better with him, why the play calling will be better with him, why the mental errors will be better with him, etc.

 

Now just a oh wow you're a great DC congrats on the HC gig and good luck type interview.
