Jetsfan80
Was Eddie Curry REALLY worth the # 2 overall pick? I'll say it again, the Knicks are the most pathetic professional franchise in all of sports.
faba
Nice trade to not lottery protect that pick by Thomas also Chicago can switch picks next year also with that trade

madmike1
Obviously the knicks are a total joke and everything else but this isn't a bad draft to give away the no 2 pick. It's really not that good a draft.
Blackout
yeah, i dont think the knicks would get anybody whos any better than curry either way, they wont be winning for a very long time
faba
Still does not change the fact of a terrible trade by Thomas- to not even protect it as lottery protected
124
That 1st rounder will likely be the # 1 pick, the way the Knicks are going. Most likely. The next oh, 3-5 years are going to be really ugly.
mbn007
Still does not change the fact of a terrible trade by Thomas- to not even protect it as lottery protected Paxxon, The Bulls GM, was quoted as saying that he would have broken off talks if the pick was lottery protected. Even if that's true, Thomas was a fool. Bulls did not want Curry, and were looking to dump him. They didn't even want to pay him the min.contract. And as a restricted FA, he would have garnered more than the min. Thomas fell for every hook, line and sinker Paxxon pulled on him. Very poor deal. As a Knicks fan i can side with you and your frustration though! It seems like it has to get worst before getting better with thge Knickerbockers. Two mistakes in your post: 1) The Knicks don't have that great of a history. 2) I'm a Nets fan. I'm ripping on the Knicks with this thread because I hate them. Matt39
The Knicks will win a title before the Nets do. Meaning neither will be winning one within the next 15 years or so.

bitonti
im a knicks fan and I gotta be honest, i've seen these mock drafts, who are the #2 guys? Andrea Bargnani from Italy? Tyrus Thomas? none of these names really excite me.
