Wouldn't the more natural comparison be the Welker v. Jones deals? That's what the teams did with their second rounders. We all hope Jones will help us more than Stallworth will help them, but that's hardly the only move the Pats made this offseason. They've been much more active than us and the Thomas signing was probably their biggest move.

This isn't even close, if you want to compare moves compare NE overpaying for a good Adalius Thomas to the Jets stealing a good Thomas Jones.
