BleedinGreenNC
All i read is that Favre is washed up now, our secondary is going to have a field day with the INT's, our D is going to pund him in the ground, blah, blah, blah!! Granted he hasnt done anything yet, and nobody knows what he will do, but i can tell you this: He is better than any QB's that you have on your rosters right now!!! So i will enjoy this day, along with my fellow Jets fans!! Also, if he is so washed up, then why were the Fins and Bills mentioned in wanting him? Greenseed3
uh... way to pick a fight with the losers of our division. I see Brett opening up our power-running game--and nothing more. We have an experienced QB who can operate an offense and throw the occasional strong-armed ball. We will be great. This won't be Brett's offense. This will still be a ball-control, power-running attack with some flirty streaks and go-routes. I see a lot of underneath stuff happening. We should keep Favre young with the running game and occasional (I repeat, occasional) long ball.

Ball control, accurate short passes, and a few "HR" tosses to keep everyone honest.

I see now why we picked up so many f.a's. it was karma that favre was coming here. the running game is going to explode. with the addition of keller and his own long time buddy of bubba. it's going to be a sweet year. now i have to get the nfl package. SweetLee83
Easy killer. I've never said anything good or bad about Favre. I never wanted him in Buffalo either, I like our young core and want to develop our young QB more after his solid rookie season and find out if hes our future or not. Good luck to the Jets though, they improved there team alot with this move. Will it be enough? We'll have to wait and see.
Irish Jet
I'd love if we could push for the division title. Still think the Pats will get it but with our schedule and Brett at QB, who knows? If we win the AFC East, that would be sweet and I'd be the first to admit I was wrong about not wanting Favre.

The Miami Dolphins defense couldn't stop Chad Pennington, you think anybody that likes the Dolphins thinks they have any sort of chance of stopping Brett Favre? Isn't Chad Pennington like 10-1 against the Miami Dolphins in his career?
