Actually, the funniest part about it is that my boss has looked at porn on his work computer many times.

Yeah people are wild man, one time while interning my boss was out of the office but he let me use his computer for a project cause it had a program mine didn't have. I wasn't even snooping, and found the wildest ****. Its like, clean ya history every once in a while. I think he even had a dial up Porn application like it was 2002.

Back on topic, apparently Cromartie is looking good on KR. Did he return kicks in SD? Is he too valuable to do so here?

Cromartie seems to be looking good all over the place thus far... Airtight coverage on Cotchery/Holmes and a few PBU's on defense as well. Also seems like FB John Connor is going to be playing a large role in ST's (especially in blocking on KRs and PRs) this season.

Glad to see Sanchez looks pretty good out there, and isn't showing signs of being severely limited due to the surgery he had just a few months ago. Hopefully he's back to 100% by Training Camp in August...

I see you've been following closely as well. Nice. I think someone said Sanchez might be ready to go 100% during the June Sessions. I'm sure they'll hold him back a bit tho.

Side Note: What happened to your Orangemen last weekend?

And I'm suddenly getting the feeling that todays OTA will be a microcosm of the season... Everyones firing on all cylinders and BOOM...

RodBoone

Nick Folk era doesn't start well. He just missed a 49 yarder wide right at the end of two-minute drill

Disappointing loss for sure. Would have been awesome to three-peat. Just couldn't hang on to the lead...I guess chalk it up to reverse karma from the Cornell comeback to win it all last year, or something.

Im glad to hear about VG impressing from the DE stance. I stated this in an earlier thread, but I think it'll be interesting to see if Rex works some 4-3 schemes into the defense this year. How awesome would it be to have Taylor, Ellis, Pouha, and Gholston (if he can produce from DE) as our front 4 a few times a game as a change of pace?

Cimini actually wrote that the Feely decision could backfire based on the way Nick Folk kicked in a minicamp practice in May?

What a bitch!

Why?

Why shouldn't a kicker be able to kick at all times? It's not like he's learning a new system, he has one job, kick the ball.

Based on Folk's career, I see no reason to think that his performance today is the anomaly.

It's okay to wonder, but the guy is probably working with the holder and LS for the first time and they weren't exactly extra points. What percentage of 49 yarders are usually made? If he sucks they'll get somebody else.

Exactly. I rather him miss 4 in OTA's than miss 2 in an AFC championship game.

There's not really any such thing as an anomaly with respect to field goal accuracy because there's no correlation between past and future performance in the first place.

Of course, this doesn't preclude the possibility that Folk just isn't a viable NFL kicker, in which case we just sign some other crapshoot off the street.

I was responding more to the body of work than the 49 yarder.

Kicking is kicking, and if he can't do it now, I don't see why I'd want him doing it this season.

I'm not necessarily in the "Feely was so great that he needed to be kept" camp, but I'm not sure this guy is a viable replacement based on recent history and today.

ESPN invokes r. Wow.
