No point in tell you I saw this coming with the Rex hiring 4 years ago, but what the heck here are some tips moving forward.
Here you go Woody, here is what is needed:
1. Hire a proven GM. Do not let Rex influence this one bit.
2. Tell Rex he is HC but also running the D solely.
3. Hire Norv Turner or Hue Jackson as Assistant HC and OC.
4. Promote one of Westhoffs assistants for special teams.
5. Get Sanchez's head straight and provide him with GUIDANCE and SUPPORT!
Let the season begin.

After watching the press conference yesterday, I could not help but laugh. It wasn't the kind of laugh like when your tickled, or that happy laugh it was the kind of laugh that comes when you know you just are ****ed.

Too late. Rex Ryan is the de facto GM.
Bugg yes and here is a snip of what he said: "well you know, its like when the GM we will make the decision and you know like its you know".
