Here you go Woody, here is what is needed: 1. Hire a proven GM. Do not let Rex influence this one bit. 2. Tell Rex he is HC but also running the D solely. 3. Hire Norv Turner or Hue Jackson as Assistant HC and OC. 4. Promote one of Westhoffs assistants for special teams. 5. Get Sanchez's head straight and provide him with GUIDANCE and SUPPORT!
