32EBoozer
I'd still prefer an offensive minded coach over a defensive minded one. The Colts "O" was a well oiled machine yesterday. Pep schemed those receivers open all game and the offensive line played a brilliant game. Zero pressure on Luck for the most part. I know it helps to have a QB like that, but their offensive game plan was brilliant. WR's, TE's and the screen game were open all night. Even the FB who had 1 catch all season scored a TD. Surprised no one has mentioned him?
Green DNA
If he brings Luck with him, I'm all for it.
The Troll
He was truly awful last year, but he actually seemed to learn from his mistakes and was pretty damn good this year. While that is certainly a quality I desire for a head coach, I'd like to see more of a track record than one terrible year and one good year before making him a head coach. Joe W. Namath
He was forcefed trent richardson which killed his offense. Now that they have gameday inavtivated him, pep's offense looks nice.
vincenzo69
Andrew Luck and Bruce Arians developed the Colts' package 3 years ago. Pep has barely anything to do with it and Colts fans hate him for a reason - often throughout the season he'd start off way too conservative just running the ball constantly then they'd get behind and Andrew Luck would just start chucking it. He's like their version of Brian Schittenheimer.
