Spoot-Face
Giving up the 4th & 1 pass at GB 25 with Rodgers in shotgun w/ empty backfield was Detroit's undoing. The day that someone thought: "Hey, Detroit needs a football team" was their undoing. Nothing ends well in Detroit.
pointman
You have Calvin Johnson. a 6'5" jumping machine. Why was he not playing safety for that play? "Calvin go stand on the goal line and catch any ball thrown that way" Probably because this is real life.

drdetroit
Nelson tore his ACL and Cobb hurt his shoulder so Rodgers has no one to throw to.

chirorob
Probably because this is real life. I actually don't know if you are making fun of me or them. It's not unheard of in any way to use a WR for that. Jets used Keyshawn for that and he got an int. at the end of the game vs the Jags in the playoffs. If you have a jump ball scenario at the end of the game, why would you not use your biggest, most athletic player who is used to tracking and catching a ball? Jet Nut
Probably because this is real life. So was the playoff game vs the Panthers when Parcells put Keyshawn in to play D on their Hail Mary attempt. All he did was come down with an INT.
