Club here in Melbourne that plays in the Australian Football League has one premiership in its history. Back in 2004, they had a winning streak of 10 games or something, but didn't win the premiership that year or since. It was commemorated as a DVD. Still hilarious.

Honoring those two teams for not even making the Super Bowl is an embarrassing participation award.

They honored the 2000 team for a comeback on MNF, that season ended with a chokejob to miss the playoffs.

We couldn't beat out NE and Miami for a division title when Tom Brady missed the season and we had the easiest schedule in team history (maybe 15 was easier?) but you think we should have beat out NE with Tom Brady and a 1st/2nd year QB?

Our fanbase sucks, we deserve what we have had since 2011.

81 was one and done, lost at home in playoffs.

Same thing for 85

86 had an epic collapse in the divisional round

01 was one and done

02 made divisional round but lost

 

I'm not saying to honor them but it's the only time we've made back to back AFC championship games. From 1970-2008 we only made 2, we made 2 from 2009-2010.
