Jet_Engine1 Posted February 1, 2022 Author Share Posted February 1, 2022 Nearly 5 months later, and I finally had the assessment center this morning, written test was January 11 (nearly 40% of the candidates failed and didn't advance, brutal test).. 3 hours of interactive scenario tests and an emergency incident simulation. Popular Post Jet_Engine1 Posted February 5, 2022 Author Popular Post Share Posted February 5, 2022 So, the process is done. 5 months of mental brutality. 27 people started the process. 2 were disqualified at the application review period for not submitting required documents. 10 failed the written test. 1 failed the assessment center. I tied for 6th place with a 96.56%. Top 6 spots were within 4 points. Should have done better, but I spent the last 3+ years as Assistant Fire Marshal and Fire Investigator, so my Tactical Command procedures were a bit rusty.. ? but smashed the other scenario stations.
