They are not looking into anything.  This is what they are doing.  They would have wen to 18 recently but wanted to do it in baby steps.  So we get 17 for a few years and then 18 is coming.

And they’re cutting it with fentanyl. More regular season games, expanded playoffs, games four days of the week. Sixteen games and six playoff teams was the best format in pro sports.
