Jets made history yesterday

Two records, actually.

It was also the first time anyone actually looked that stat up.

Seriously though. The Bills' team strength is supposedly defense. You won't find a lot of argument there. If you were told that, with that defense, the Bills would put up about 500 yds of offense and their opponent would put up <200 passing yds and avg 2 ypc on the ground...who would you expect the winner to be 100x out of 100?

it was great to see VILMA in the back field finally...

that one horse collar penalty was BS...he brought him down by his shoulder..

yea sp I saw the Pats make the same play and NOT get called for it last night-it was a shoulder tackle by Vilma and also should NOT have been called

Mangini outcoached Juaron (sp) yesterday. What is the one most important thing to Parcells other then TO's? FIELD POSITION...and the Jets played it to perfection. Graham was awesome, no ints, run the ball against the wind even if not successfull...That game plan had Parcells written all over it

Graham kicked great..into the wind with the bouncing going our way...awesome..i think 1 kick was a 52 yarder...

Good point, which is why winning the TO battle 3-0 was crucial, as well as the Bills being stopped on 4th down twice in the first half (which is also a turnover- on downs).

The defense can not continue to play like this. Sometimes, Ellis looks like he is a bystander on a play. He is watching the action happen.

The nice part is that you can see that the team is focused on stripping the ball and making big plays. That will not always be there for them, though.

Right now, the personnel does not fit this scheme. This will be a work in process.
